Introduction to Breathwork and energy/vibrational healing. Diane teaches an easy and life changing method of exposing the body’s long held negative beliefs, patterns and behaviours. These are released during a group Breathwork session.
AFTERNOON SESSION
Working with Shaman and Medicine healing energy. Group vibrational Sound Healing. Channeling and an opportunity to ask questions of Spirit/ Guides/ Sacred Masters

FRIDAY
Introduction, meditation, chanting, sound healing, invocations.
SATURDAY
How does healing truly work? Intro to Breathwork, energy/vibration work. Exposing and changing long held negative beliefs, patterns and behaviours. Moving from confusion to clarity, to empowerment. Group breathwork session. Chanting and Meditation.
SUNDAY
Working with Shaman and Medicine Energy. Group Vibrational SoundHealing. Channelling and opportunity to ask questions of Shamanic and Sacred Masters. Fire Ceremony.
